Ch-ch-ch-changes
As I sort of alluded to in a previous post, there has been a lot going on in our lives lately. I've shared the bad with you, so now on to the good. Or, so far, so good.
I have a new job. I no longer work with my husband. You did know that I worked with my husband, right? Maybe not. Well, I did. And, now I don't.
To answer some of the more obvious (and popular) questions:
Yes, he is still in business. Yes, we are still married. This just seemed to work out. And it is what it is.
It's a little bittersweet, but I'm enjoying it so far. I survived the first week and I plan on returning Monday. It's a great company with great people who do great work. So far, I really enjoy it. But, it's busy. Like, really busy. It's definitely going to take me some time to adjust to reporting to and working for someone else. And, I feel like I'm lost in the world by not being able to feed my internet addiction as much. But again, I really like it.
I don't plan to blog much, if at all, about work. It seems to work better that way. However, I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention it in passing.
And, now you know. And, really, tell me you don't have that song stuck in your head now.

I think it's probably a good thing that I can't even think of what song should be in my head.
I work with Ton right now as well, so I can completely understand the bittersweetness. I hope you continue to like it!
Congrats on the new job! Change is always exciting and a little scary. There's nothing wrong with blogging after work and on weekends:)
Congratulations! :) I hope everything goes well in the new gig. I'm sure you'll do great!
Congrats on the new job! I do know what you mean about not being able to feed your internet addiction though...new jobs always bring that ;-D`
